WhirlyBall: The Ultimate Sport

Last updated 4 years ago

Playing sports is a great way to spend quality time with friends and family members. But it can be difficult to choose one sport that everyone likes! Luckily, you don’t have to choose; you can find all of the fun and excitement you’re looking for in a game of WhirlyBall. This game is perfect for private parties, corporate events, and much more. Here is a closer look at what makes WhirlyBall the ultimate sport:

WhirlyBall uses moves from lacrosse. During the game of WhirlyBall, players use a scoop to pick the ball up off the court, pass to other players, and score goals. This scoop looks very much like the stick used in lacrosse. WhirlyBall players must be ready to test out their lacrosse skills by using the scoop to pass, catch, play, and more!

WhirlyBall incorporates the fun of hockey. Lacrosse is similar to another popular sport that is played by people of all ages—hockey! WhirlyBall players may use a scoop during the game, but they must be used to gliding around the court like players do in a game of ice hockey. Players sit in WhirlyBugs during the game, allowing them to smoothly glide along the floor, similar to the gliding experienced while wearing ice skates.

WhirlyBall relies on basketball techniques. WhirlyBall is considered the ultimate sport because it combines elements from so many different popular sports, including basketball. Once players successfully get the ball, they will need to be able to make a goal. But unlike lacrosse and hockey, the WhirlyBall goal is located a few feet off the ground and features a basketball-style backboard.

WhirlyBall involves the fun of bumper cars. One of the most exciting aspects of this game is riding around in a WhirlyBug! These awesome vehicles resemble bumper cars, providing all of the fun and excitement found at the fair.
